The BSA Portfolio Workshop has been designed to assist students in navigating the conceptual and practical aspects of portfolio design and assembly. The workshop will expose students to a range of strategies for portfolio organization, content preparation, and page layout. It will be organized around weekly themes intended to provide sequential areas of concentration—discrete, but interrelated foci—to facilitate the incremental development of student portfolios. Meetings will run as participatory reviews of the assignment completed during the preceding week. Discussions around student work will be dedicated to tactics, methods, or examples pertaining to the week’s specified topic.
