MIT OPEN COURSEWARE
MIT OpenCourseWare (http://ocw.mit.edu) is working on a high school
portal for academically accomplished high school students. We need MIT
students to match AP curricula in Calculus, Physics, Biology or
Chemistry to existing MIT course content (e.g. 18.01, 8.01, 8.02,
7.012/3/4, 5.111). This is a great way to review core MIT material and
help make OCW an amazing resource for high school students!
They are looking for ~10-40 hours/ week during normal business hours,
with potential for flexible hours (including the possibility of

ATELIER TEN JOB OPENING
Environmental Designer
New Haven, CT
Atelier Ten is seeking an architect with 2-5 years experience in the
design and project management of buildings with sustainable,
high-performance architectural strategies. Working in the New Haven, CT
office with an interdisciplinary team of environmental and lighting
design consultants, the candidate would serve in the consulting and
management for building projects involving energy performance, water
conservation, material selection, LEED program administration, and other
environmental design services including daylighting and electric
lighting design.
The candidate must have a strong interest in environmental design. A
strong architectural design and project management background is
required and experience in AutoCad, Ecotect, and Radiance is highly
desired. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. LEED
accreditation is a plus. This is a full time position with competitive
salary and a comprehensive benefit package to work in a dynamic and
stimulating environment.
Atelier Ten is an environmental design consulting firm with offices in
London, New York, and New Haven. Our US offices provide consulting
services to US architects and engineers on energy efficiency,
architectural and system performance optimization, comfort, daylighting,
electric lighting, and overall sustainability strategies. We work in
close collaboration with our clients on projects of all scales ranging
from residential to high-rise commercial buildings all across the US and
internationally with a strong focus on institutional buildings such as
university buildings for Harvard, Yale and Princeton.

SUMMER DESIGN FELLOWSHIP 2007
The Shepley Bulfinch Design Fellowship offers the unique opportunity to work with designers in a creative setting in Boston, MA. The Fellow will work on projects in the early conceptual phases, gaining hands-on experience and a broad perspective of design in an open studio environment. The Fellowship is to be taken during any continuous ten-week period between June 1 and September 15, 2007 at the discretion of the Fellow. The fellowship pays a stipend of $7,000.
Eligibility: The application process is open to all students who are , at date of submission, enrolled in accredited professional degree program in the field of architecture. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or submit a valid work permit from the U.S. Department of Immigration with their application. Although all are encouraged to apply, special consideration will be given to those who expect to complete the years 2006-2007.
