Ingrid Dobloug Roede is a second-year SMArchS student in History, Theory and Criticism of Art and Architecture. She trained as an architect at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, where her diploma was recognized with the Award for Excellence in Architecture. Prior to studying at MIT, she worked in design practice and served as project coordinator for the Oslo Architecture Triennale 2016. Ingrid has over the recent years contributed to several research publications and exhibitions. Her interests typically intersect with historic preservation and include replication, mediation, exhibition history and collections. She joins MIT with support from the Fulbright Foundation and Aker Scholarship.
