4.151 CORE I: Vulnerable Meetings

With current events, there is an increasing need for public spaces that can provide spiritual, but not religious, experiences that are healing on the levels of the individual and the community. The use and transformation of water is a key element in spiritually healing architecture. Proposed is a threesome of water infrastructures where water is used as a tool to create an elevated spiritual experience that is more than symbol-ogy or geometry as space. The project asks, as designers, how can we leverage design methods, particularly the act of constructing a drawing or representation, that centralize the use of water?
