Jeremy Bilotti

Jeremy Bilotti is a designer, researcher and entrepreneur whose work is focused on the intersections of data science and design. Currently, he is a Graduate Fellow at MIT, pursuing dual SM degrees between the SMArchS Design and Computation Group and the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is also a Research Associate at MIT's Self Assembly Lab, and holds a B.Arch from Cornell University.

Bilotti is a creator of both digital experiences and material innovations. Through MIT's DesignX Accelerator, he is leading digital experience design for GoodStuff, a venture he co-founded to respond to student communities' needs during the Covid-19 crisis.

Bilotti has worked at interdisciplinary design firms such as Jenny Sabin Studio, where he collaborated with Microsoft Research to develop software and hardware systems for Ada--an architectural pavilion driven by artificial intelligence. Bilotti has held research appointments at the Cornell Robotic Construction Lab and the Sabin Design Lab, where he was Senior Research Associate and project lead. He has authored peer-reviewed papers in leading design and technology conferences such as ACADIA (2018) and Fabricate (2020), and held a junior faculty appointment at Cornell teaching B.Arch design studios in 2018-19.
