Yair Titelboim

Yair Titelboim is an architect specializing in large scale commercial development and residential, suburban community building. His designs are inspired by an analytical, information driven and human–centric approach. Born in Israel, Yair moved to the States in 2014 after completing a professional architecture degree from the Technion (Israel institute of technology) and has since worked in Boston, Houston, and China – as an architectural designer, planner, BIM specialist, instructor and project manager.

While at MIT Yair’s goal is to explore how urban data models and computational urbanism can work in tandem with the designers rapid prototyping approach in order to optimize for multiple and at times opposing objectives.
