Zhifei Xu (Fei) was born in Shanghai, China. He received his bachelor's degree in UC Berkeley, where he received Eisner Prize for the highest achievement in architecture, and Circus Award for selected as best student project. He has previously worked in BIG, Nemestudio and Dominique Price Architects. He is interested in post-digital architecture/urbanism and thinking about how digital technology combined with material exploration can be brought back to architecture's core question of form, typology, and experience.
