MIT Building Technology at the 2025 Build Reuse Deconstruction + Reuse Conference in St. Paul Minnesota

Juliana Berglund-Brown attended the 2025 Build Reuse Deconstruction + Reuse Conference in the historic Landmark Center St. Paul Minnesota earlier this month. She attended alongside 290 reuse industry leaders from across the country. For three days, they discussed topics related to adaptive reuse, environmental product declarations, circular economy, structural element reuse, deconstruction ordinances, commercial reuse, and best practices for sustainable deconstruction. She heard from researchers, demolition contractors, engineers, designers, city representatives, and policy & advocacy practitioners.
