Maia Simon

Maia Adele Simon is a PhD candidate in the History, Theory, and Criticism of Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on the relationship between industrialization, architectural and construction bureaucracy, and the environment in early Soviet Kazakhstan. She holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, an M. Arch from Rice University, and an MED from the Yale University School of Architecture.
