Aisha Cheema
Aisha Cheema is a Master of Architecture student at MIT with a background in architectural practice. As Student Sustainability Project Lead at the MIT Office of Sustainability, she directs a campus heat monitoring study across MIT and Cambridge to inform cooling initiatives at the campus and municipal scale. She has conducted heat resilience research in Karachi, Pakistan with Yasmeen Lari and the Heritage Foundation of Pakistan, and has prior experience in architectural practice across residential and commercial projects. At MIT, she has lead NOMAS as Co-President and taught across five studios and courses.
